Your post reminded me that this is a thing that exists, so I tried looking for it again. IIRC, I think I never got around to buying one because it was like $400 or something.

My search led me here , which says that there was a Craftsman version for $279, but it’s long since unavailable. I then found another version, known as the “ SafeTJack ”, but I can’t find anywhere that sells it. That “$400” price that I was half-remembering must have been an old eBay auction or something.
